DAY 6

HELLO EVERYBODY 👋👋👋

We finished the first week of our practice. we began the second week. Today is the sixth day of our practice. It continues wonderfully. The weather is sunny and windy.  Also our next destination is ISMAIL SAMANI'S MAUSOLEUM.

One of my coursmate who Mohitobon gave some information about mausoleum.

The history and instruction of Ismail Samani's Mausoleum

I had some information about mausoleum. I try to write more information about it. Of all the medieval buildings in Bukhara Samanids mausoleum is of special interest . This world famous architectural masterpiece was built at the close of the ninth century . The mausoleum was erected as a family crypt immediately after the death of Ismail Samani's. Later Ismail himself and  his grandson Hasr was buried in it . It is interesting to  note that erecting crypts was against Islamic law at that time , for Islam forbade erecting post-mortem monuments upon the tombs  of Muslim believers . However,  the prohibition  was broken in the middle of ninth century by one of the caliphs himself , for whom a special as-Suli-biya Mausoleum was built . Ismail merely  followed his example .

The Samanids Mausoleum the reveals the genius of  a plan design . This is seen in its composition  and its balanced design of its facades are identical and marked with three quarter domed columns on the corner . There is an upper armature and central entrance with a visible horizontal dividing line

Especially,  good wishes are said when going to every holy places. We also made good intentions with our group and teacher.

Today's day was very wonderful and informative. I had a lot of information about Ismail Samani's Mausoleum. Also we visited holy places under the pretext of practice . I am very happy for this.🥰🥰🥰😊😊😊😘😘😘👍👍👍
